Please reach us at info@israel4u.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
While you may be tempted to pack everything and the kitchen sink, here's a helpful list of what to expect and what to pack.
It's important we know your flight arrival and departure details so we know when to pick you up and drop you off at the airport, as well as track any flight changes. There are three ways to notify us of your flight
1) Log into your Traveler Portal.
Click the "all fields" tab and scroll down to the 2nd section and fill in the empty fields. (Click the Edit Icon, then the blue check mark)
2) email us at info@israel4u.com and make sure to include your tour id.
3) If your tour includes flights, we already know!
We currently accept payments from the following payment methods: PayPal and Credit Cards which incur a 3% transaction fee or Zelle and Direct Bank transfers. You will have to contact us for other payment methods.
If you have received a payment confirmation from us, you do not need to refill the registration form to pay your next installments. For Zelle or Direct Bank transfer, see our bank details on your tours website. For Paypal or Credit cards, use this link.
After you've made your first payment, you may find in your email an invitation to access your information through our "TRAVELER'S PORTAL".
https://crm.zoho.com/portal/israel4u/crm/login.sas
After you log in, you will be able to see all the payments we received in your name, update passport numbers, flight information, and see our confirmation of payments received.
If you have not received this invitation, please contact us at info@israel4u.com
Note that this website is accessible by invitation only.
If you'd like an extra night, upgrade to a single occupancy room, or add 3 days in Jordan, please make sure your tour leader is aware of this request. We will mark in our system and update your outstanding balance. You'll be able to see this information in the Traveler's Portal.
If you won't want to send the passport via email, you can upload it directly to the password-protected Travelers' Portal.
To upload the passport, under the "outstanding balance" on the left side of the screen is a white box that says: "Traveling to Jordan? upload passport". When you hover your mouse under this field, the little round edit icon appears.
b) Click the edit icon and it shows the "add image" option. You can then upload and save the image by clicking the blue checkmark.
If you need to delete the image, a trash icon appears in the upper corner when you move their mouse over the image.
