While you may be tempted to pack everything and the kitchen sink, here's a helpful list of what to expect and what to pack.
Our tours are very popular! We may close registration and automatically place you on the waiting list. Each tour has a unique tour link in YouLi, make sure to register with the right link.
The best way to secure your spot in the tour where the registration is not full, is to pay the deposit within 7 days of registration.
If you are on a waiting list we will contact you when a spot opens up, or give you priority in registering to the next tour run by your tour leader.
It's important we know your flight arrival and departure details so we know when to pick you up and drop you off at the airport, as well as track any flight changes. There are three ways to notify us of your flight:
1) Log into your Youli Traveler Portal.
Click the "Tasks" in the left-most menu and enter your flight details into the task about flights.
2) Fill in this form where you can send us your flight details and passport.
3) email us at info@israel4u.com and make sure to include your tour id.
We currently accept payments from the following payment methods: PayPal and Credit Cards which incur a 3% transaction fee or Zelle and Direct Bank transfers. You will have to contact us for other payment methods. Please see this document which you can print out to take to the bank with you.
If you have received a payment confirmation from us, you do not need to refill the registration form to pay your next installments. For Zelle or Direct Bank transfer, see our bank details on your tours website. For Paypal or Credit cards, use this link.
When you register through the Youli registration system, you should receive an email from us and from Youli with your dedicated link. When we confirmed your registration, we also emailed it to you.
After you log in, you will be able to see all the payments we received in your name and your outstanding balance in the "INVOICE" section, update passport numbers, flight information in the TASKS section, and see the itinerary.

If you'd like an extra night, upgrade to a single occupancy room, or add 3 days in Jordan, please let us know and make sure your tour leader is aware of this request. We will update your outstanding balance for you to see in the Registration system.
If you won't want to send the passport via email, you can upload it directly to the Youli Portal under the Tasks section.
Alternatively, you may upload it using this form.
